About TK2-7 Grease

This product is formulated with high-temperature resistant premium base oil and heavy-duty compound additives, no solid particle content and no pipeline blockage risk. It is a light yellow homogeneous grease with medium-hard consistency, outstanding anti-throw and anti-loss performance, excellent shear resistance and stable structural rigidity at high temperature without softening and deformation. Specially designed for FANUC, Niigata high-temperature heavy-duty full-electric injection molding machines and high-speed heavy-duty CNC machining centers under severe working conditions.

FANUC High-Speed Heavy-Duty CNC Machining Center (0i-MF / 31i-B System) 4. High-speed, high-temperature, heavy-load and high-vibration spindles, heavy-duty guide rails and high-load servo bearings. Temperature Range: -25°C ～ 160°C, short-term peak up to 170°C.

Excellent high-temperature heavy-duty stability: No softening, grease throwing or loss under high temperature; complete grease structure under impact load. Superior shear stability: Resists thinning and disintegration under long-term continuous vibration and reciprocating motion, extending lubrication cycle. Anti-coking at high temperature: Excellent heat and oxidation resistance; less sludge and carbon deposition under long-term high temperature, protecting precision friction surfaces. Compatible with high-pressure lubrication system: Particle-free formula, no pipeline or distributor clogging for long-term high -pressure pump operation. Good anti-rust & material compatibility: Compatible with cast iron, carbon steel, copper alloy and aluminum alloy precision parts without corrosion.
