About TKM HP2-0 Grease

This product is refined with high-quality base oil and multi-functional compound additives, without solid filler, eliminating pipeline blockage risk.It is a green homogeneous soft grease with outstanding fluidity and pumpability, balanced anti-loss performance, excellent resistance to thinning at high temperature and fine stable texture. It is specially formulated for old low-speed equipment, low-pressure lubrication pumps and long pipeline oil supply conditions.

Typical applications

1. Centralized lubrication for Nissei Injection Molding Machine (NC9000 System). 2. Guide rail and bearing lubrication for old Haitian, ChenHsong and traditional hydraulic injection molding machines. 3. Suitable for old equipment with low pump pressure and long pipelines requiring high pumpability. 4. Low-speed bearings, slide rails and non-heavy load hinge points of general automation equipment. Temperature Range: -25°C ～ 160°C, short-term peak up to 170°C

Performance characteristics

Good pump adaptability: Soft consistency fits old low-pressure lubrication pumps; smooth oil supply for long pipelines without jamming. Stable high-temperature performance: Excellent heat and oxidation resistance; no thinning or loss during long-term medium and high-temperature operation. Moderate mechanical stability: Good shear and vibration resistance; stable grease state under normal load conditions. Long-term smooth pipeline: No particle precipitation; no blockage of oil circuits and lubrication accessories during long service. Good metal compatibility: No corrosion to cast iron, carbon steel and copper alloy parts; reliable rust protection in humid environment.
