About ALA-07-00 Grease

This grease is formulated with semi-synthetic base oil and functional additives, solid-free to avoid pipeline and distributor clogging. It is a green homogeneous semi-fluid grease with excellent low-temperature pumpability, high oxidation resistance and moderate oil separation.Specially designed for injection molding toggle joints and long thin pipeline lubrication, suitable for 700cc bellows cartridge filling.

Typical applications

1. Dedicated for clamping toggle arm, connecting rod and pin shaft hinge points of all brands of injection molding machines. 2. Suitable for automatic centralized lubrication systems with slender pipelines and multiple lubrication points for long-distance delivery. 3. Ideal for low-temperature workshops and northern winter environments requiring high pumpability. 4. Not recommended for high-speed spindles and long-term loaded precision guide rails; shall not replace Grade 1# and 2# as general-purpose main lubrication grease. Temperature Range: -25°C ～ 160°C, short-term peak up to 170°C.

No pipeline blockage: Free of solid particles, no pump or pipeline distributor clogging during long-term circulating operation. Good water resistance and rust prevention: Excellent water splash resistance and demulsification performance; effectively protects steel and copper alloy components from corrosion in humid and dusty environments. Mild & eco-friendly odor: No pungent smell, comfortable for workshop application.
