About LH Anhydrous Calcium Based Grease

This is an anhydrous calcium based water-resistant grease, formulated with refined mineral white oil as base oil, thickened by saponification of 12-hydroxystearic acid, stearic acid and calcium hydroxide.

Typical applications

Suitable for muddy working parts of agricultural machinery, tractors and harvesters; water pumps and water supply & drainage equipment; outdoor exposed ordinary bearings; conveyor frames, low-speed slideways, hinge pin shafts and ordinary fans; as well as general machinery under medium-low load and medium-low speed with humid, dusty and water splashing conditions. Operating temperature: -10°C ～ 85°C

Performance characteristics

Excellent water resistance: resistant to emulsification and water washout, maintaining good stability in humid conditions; Good adhesion, resisting oil thrown-off and loss under low-speed operation; Non-corrosive to steel, iron and copper materials, with reliable rust and corrosion protection; Adopts low-aromatic base oil with good stability, not easy to deteriorate and form gum under conventional working conditions; Cost-effective, suitable for general industrial, agricultural and outdoor equipment general lubrication.
