Sintering Machine Slideway Sealing Grease
Primarily for lubricating and sealing sintering-machine slideways and floating seal plates. Combines high-temperature stability, air-leakage resistance, water resistance and pumpability. Other hot, low-speed sliding surfaces require confirmation of temperature, load and grease-supply conditions.

Primarily for lubricating and sealing sintering machine
slideways and floating seal plates.
May also suit other high-temperature, low-speed metal
sliding surfaces, such as metallurgical slide plates and
guides, subject to confirmation of temperature, load and
grease supply conditions.

Clean slideway sealing surfaces and remove old grease and contaminants as specified by the equipment manufacturer. Set grease quantity and replenishment intervals according to equipment requirements and operating conditions. Inspect the seal regularly. Confirm compatibility before changing greases. A compatibility test is recommended before bulk application. Store in a cool, dry and clean place, protected from moisture and contamination. Use as soon as possible after opening.
