About TC-270 High temperature chain oil

This product is formulated with premium fully synthetic base oil and compounded with antioxidant, anti-wear, rust inhibitor and other high-performance additives.

Typical applications

Widely used for lubrication of chain transmission systems in high-temperature equipment such as high-temperature furnaces in hardware manufacturing, stenter machines, heat setting machines in textile, printing and dyeing as well as plastic industries, and high -temperature drying ovens in building materials industry. Recommended operating temperature range: -25°C ~ 270°C.

Performance characteristics

Excellent protection, outstanding extreme pressure and anti-wear performance. It adheres firmly to chains under high temperature, high speed and heavy load conditions, maintains intact lubricating oil film, and effectively extends chain service life. Superior penetration and adhesion performance. It can penetrate into the interior of chain cores, strand gaps and mechanical parts for in-depth lubrication; not easy to run off or splash, providing long-lasting lubrication. Wide temperature adaptability. Resistant to high temperature up to 270°C, good low-temperature fluidity and viscosity-temperature property, ensuring easy cold start of equipment. Low volatility, excellent anti-coking and carbon-deposit resistance with no sediment formation. It reduces oil consumption, keeps equipment clean and is environmentally friendly.
