TKM-E

A polyurea grease with refined mineral oil for roll bearings in wood and feed pellet mills. Operates from -20°C to +200°C, combining temperature stability, extreme-pressure and wear protection, adhesion and pumpability. Available in NLGI grades 1, 2 and 3.

Roller and plain bearings

Fill bearings to 1/3–1/2 of the internal free space. Over-greasing may cause temperature rise and leakage. Before changing greases, remove the old grease or confirm compatibility between the old and new products. A compatibility test is recommended before bulk application. Do not mix with greases of different thickener systems (e.g., lithium, calcium, bentone). Store in a cool, dry and clean place, protected from moisture and contamination. Use as soon as possible after opening.

Based on available information, this product is not expected to produce adverse effects on health when used for the intended application and the recommendations provided in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) are followed.
