TKM-4016

A lithium complex grease with refined mineral oil for bearing lubrication under high-temperature, high-speed conditions. Combines adhesion and shear stability with water resistance, extreme-pressure and wear protection, and rust and corrosion protection. Available in NLGI grades 2 and 3.

Rolling-element and plain bearings

Fill bearings to 1/3–1/2 of the internal free space. Over-greasing may cause temperature rise and leakage. Before changing greases, remove the old grease or confirm compatibility between the old and new products. A compatibility test is recommended before bulk application. Do not mix with greases of different thickener systems (e.g., lithium, calcium, bentone). Store in a cool, dry and clean place, protected from moisture and contamination. Use as soon as possible after opening.
