Low Noise Bearing Grease

Overview

A polyurea grease with semi-synthetic base oil, in NLGI grades 2 and 3, for low-noise motor and rolling-bearing applications. Addresses cold starts and elevated-temperature lubrication, with attention to oil separation, sustained film supply, water washout, rust and corrosion protection.

Use & storage

Select consistency for bearing size, speed, load and temperature. Follow equipment instructions for fill quantity and relubrication. Keep bearings and filling tools clean. Apply the required quantity evenly; check temperature, noise and operation during initial use. Clean lubrication points and check compatibility before changing grease. Prevent water, moisture and contamination; dispose of used grease properly.
