This product is made from fully synthetic base oil, thickened with complex soap, and refined with high-efficiency additives including antioxidants, anti-rust agents, extreme-pressure agents and anti-friction agents.
Especially suitable for lubrication and sealing of robot reducers, including harmonic reducers and RV reducers. NLGI 00 and NLGI 0 are suitable for precision planetary reducers and RV reducers, while NLGI 2 is suitable for harmonic reducers. Continuous operating temperature range is -40 to 120°C, with short-term use up to 150°C.
Helps prevent sudden robot stoppage at low temperature. Reduces energy loss caused by joint friction, extends service life, helps prevent oil leakage, reduces operating noise, and supports centralized lubrication requirements for fine oil passage clearance in RV reducer cycloidal pinwheel systems.
