This product is formulated with refined mineral base oil, complex lithium soap thickener, and compound additives including extreme pressure, antioxidant and rust inhibitors.
Typical applications
Suitable for forging hammers, hot forging presses, crankshafts, heavy-duty bearings, and centralized lubrication systems of forging equipment under high temperature and heavy load conditions.Operating Temperature Range: -20°C ~ 150°C
Performance characteristics
Excellent high temperature resistance and high dropping point; adapted to high temperature radiation environment of forging works, not easy to soften and run off. Outstanding extreme pressure and anti-wear performance; combined with graphite solid lubricating film to withstand impact load and prevent metal scuffing and seizure. NLGI 0 consistency with good pumpability, suitable for long-distance pipeline transportation of centralized lubrication systems. Superior oxidation and rust resistance, stable service life in humid and water vapor workshop environment.
