About HP Complex Lithium Grease

This product is manufactured by thickening high-viscosity mineral base oil blend with complex lithium soap, and adding high-quality antioxidant, rust inhibitor and extreme pressure (EP) anti-wear additives.

Typical applications

Suitable for medium-high temperature, heavy load, vibration, humid and dusty working conditions, mainly used for lubrication of bearings, hinge pins and other friction pairs of heavy-duty vehicles, construction machinery, metallurgical equipment and general industrial equipment. Operating Temperature Range: -20°C ~ 160°C.

Performance characteristics

Excellent high temperature resistance: High dropping point formula, long-term service temperature -20°C ~ 160°C, short-term peak temperature 180°C, no coking or loss at high temperature. Good mechanical stability: Resists shear and thinning, maintains stable grease structure under vibration and impact conditions for long-term lubrication without loss. Outstanding heavy-load anti-wear performance: Formulated with dedicated EP additives, it can withstand heavy load and impact load, and reduce equipment wear. Reliable water and corrosion resistance: Resists water washout and emulsification, maintains stable performance in humid conditions, and effectively prevents corrosion of metal parts. Strong adhesion: High-viscosity base oil forms a stable lubricating film, which is not easy to splash off and cause dry friction during high-speed operation.
