This is a high-performance calcium sulfonate grease suitable for severe working conditions.
Typical applications
It is applicable to working conditions with high temperature, heavy load, vibration, high humidity and heavy dust. Ideal for bearings, pin shafts and other friction parts of construction machinery, metallurgical equipment, heavy-duty vehicles and general industrial equipment. Operating temperature: -25°C ~ 200°C, short-term peak temperature up to 240°C.
Performance characteristics
Excellent high temperature resistance, no leakage or coking at high temperature. Good mechanical stability, shear resistant and anti-flinging. Extreme pressure and anti-wear performance, withstand heavy loads and impact loads. Good water resistance, emulsification resistance and rust protection. Stable colloidal property, low oil separation rate and long service life.
